Anker Folio Bluetooth Keyboard Case for iPad Air

78APIPADMNI2-02USA

Product Description

Everything you love about your iPad, amplified.

Protection with a flair.

Sporting a sleek synthetic leather exterior, this folio cover looks just like a notebook. Sturdy snap-in brackets and robust fiberglass panels guard your iPad against drops and bumps, while a soft inner lining protects the screen from scratches. So you can be sure of maximum protection without compromising style.

Intelligently intuitive.

By snapping your device to the embedded magnetic strip, the keyboard connects automatically, while the cover provides an upright angle ideal for typing and media playback. For handheld use, the iPad lies flat and securely across the keys. And to trigger your device's sleep or wake mode, simply open or close the cover. Fewer buttons - more automation.

The strong, silent type.

Trade in tapping for typing, and take a break from typos. Low-profile molded keycaps are whisper quiet, while iPad-dedicated hotkeys and an almost full-size layout complete the ideal typing experience. Enjoy a comfortable and efficient keyboard without having to sacrifice portability.

Six-month stamina.

At Anker, quality products just make sense. So we built in a super-sized battery that keeps you going for six months or more between charges, freeing you to worry less and work (or play) more. And after being idle for 10 minutes, the keyboard automatically enters sleep mode. Zzzzzzzz.

  • Great buy!!!!
  • Wow! I really love this case! The keys feel like an actual keyboard; they even sound like an actual keyboard. Worth the $35, and I used the free shipping and it arrived in 2 days!! I'm one who researches a product very deeply before I purchase it, and I love this case!Pros:Light, solid like a book, you can flip the ipad over the keyboard if you are not using it or behind the keyboard, ipad won't slip and fall out, easy to connect, the case won't turn on unless the ipad is propped on the cases magnetic stripCons:No magnetic casing to keep ipad shut (I noticed that the flap flips a lot if it were lose in a bag, for this reason I disabled the magnetic sleep/wake function so my battery wouldn't constantly run when the case flapped open), the top row of keys are very small and will take some time to get used to

  • A great buy, adds a lot of functionality to the iPad. The only bump in the road was the setup: The select button on the iPad needs to be to the right of the case--apparently the iPad Air has a magnet on one edge, only, and mounted incorrectly, the screen won't stay in the keyboard mode. Once that was fixed, it's worked great.

  • Amazing keyboard, especially for the price. We ordered 10 of these and have been very pleased with all of them so far. I expected that one out of the ten keyboards would have a problem but after a couple months of use all 10 keyboards are as functional as the day we received them.

  • A great case for the ipad. It took a little while to get used to the small keys, but not that long. Now I don't know what I'd do without it. I accidentally let the battery get too low, (after 4 weeks) and had to use the screen keyboard. Don't know how anyone can do that and type a message of any length. This Anker Bluetooth case is great.

Can anyone tell me how to find the £ (GBP) sign on this keyboard.

If you have the UK version then the £ sign will be coupled with the number '3' key. If you have the American version then it isn't on there.

These would be much handier if iPad Air could charge off the keyboard's battery and the keyboard had a built in card reader or hard drive. It would solve the storage problem.

I think this is a good idea but Apple always make things difficult and expensive,

We'd love to be able to get as many features as possible in with our keyboards but it's not always as simple as bolting them on!

Many device's have built in software and hardware which stop this being such an easy task, but rest assured we're committed to pushing accessories as far as they can go.

Screen Protector
Will the slots that the ipad fit into have any issues with a screen protector.  I have recently tried a Zagg Folio Case and it has caused issue with my screen protector.

By looking at the photos I really doubt that a screen protector will get in the way of the case. The sides of the case will hug the corners of the iPad but having a screen protector shouldn't get in the way of anything.

Your iPad and screen protector should go with the case with no problems at all.

Remember, if you have any problems at all then you're covered by a 30 day money-back guarantee as well as an 18 month warranty if you have any problems at all.
